Which languages does Prodsight support?

If you receive customer comments in other languages than English, Prodsight can automatically translate them to English for consistent topic and sentiment analysis.

We currently support over 100 languages - you can find the full list of supported languages further down.

You can enable Translation in Settings under Analysis Features.

How does it work?

  • When Translation is enabled, Prodsight will automatically detect the language of a given message and if the language is supported, translate it to English;
  • Then Prodsight will analyze the message in terms of Sentiment, User Intent (if enabled) and map it to your Topics, Topic Groups and Subtopics as normal;
  • In your Prodsight dashboard, you will see the translated English version of your messages. Messages that have been translated will be marked with a "Translated" tag for clarity.

Benefits of translation

  • Ability to analyze customer feedback even if you don't speak all the languages that you receive customer feedback in
  • Ability to monitor patterns in customer feedback across different geographic regions
  • Improved comprehension for teammates who might not understand feedback in certain languages
