You will most likely need copies of receipts for subscription charges for accounting and book-keeping purposes so this article should help you find it.
Receipts are sent to the e-mail address provided when setting up your subscription every time a charge is made. A quick search in your e-mail client for "Product Insight Ltd" should surface receipts for all the charges to date.
If you don't remember which e-mail you used or for some reason can't find those receipts, please get in touch via Intercom - we'd be happy to send you copies.
Adding a billing contact
If you have a dedicated person or department who deals with gathering payment receipts, we would be happy to send them a copy every time a receipt is created. To add their email, please get in touch with us via Intercom.
